Recieved a notice from Corps (Elizabeth Griffin) that the July 10th meeting
was changed to July 17. 


A public meeting to discuss the corps' plans for the Bayou Bienvenue and
Bayou Dupre control structures, Caernarvon floodwall, Chalmette loop levee,
Inner Harbor Navigation Canal surge protection barrier and Lake Borgne surge
barriers.
