[StBernard] St. Claude Bridge

The St. Claude Bridge will have periodic lane closures from Monday, July 7
thru Friday, July 11 in order to perform work on the barricade railing for
the bridge approach roadways. One lane in each direction will remain open at
all times. Alternate routes are Claiborner Avenue's Judge Seeber Bridge and
Florida Avenue Bridge. These lane closures will only be scheduled between 9
am and 3pm.
