[StBernard] Decree Signed To Close 18 Parishes Under Pastoral Plan

What will happen to the below schools and churchs?  Will they be torn down?
This really upsets me to see the  Archdiocesse has made these "final"
decisions.  Arabi will stay without a Catholic church.  :-(
 
"Prince of Peace and St. Mark, both in Chalmette, and Louise de Marillac and
St. Robert Bellarmine, both in Arabi, all to merge with Our Lady of Prompt
