That area of District C has come back strong from the high school to the
refinery. Balli Art, Its All About Me Boutique, Tags, WOW's restaurant,
Welcome Back Home Furnishings (sp ?), Today's Ketch, Sushi and speciality
shops in that old Rite Aide strip and so many others. 

The Bank and then the New Murphy Administration building in the old bank
looks really nice -- first class job from Murphy with a nice flag pole
display and landscaping.  The PJ's will be by the nail shop and Curves.  Its
looking really good in the " zone ".  SJK
