And how does it impact us if , Orleans may not open until Thursday.

In 2005, Orleans did not allow St Bernard Parish residents through.

you would think it shouldnt  matter whether we travel through
Jefferson/Orleans route or St Tammany Route....the interstates are federal
highways and we should be allowed access.

Hope St Bernard officials clear this up before re-entry
