[StBernard] New Orleans Sets New Curfew

New Orleans Mayor Ray Nagin has set a new curfew of 10 p.m. until 6 a.m. 
in the wake of Hurricane Gustav.

The curfew does not apply to zip codes 70112, 70115, 70116 and 70130. In 
those areas, the curfew has been set from 2-6 a.m, because most street 
lights are back on and they are business corridors.
