I never used the term "liberal" for McCain, that was Westley and
others...McCain is a moderate in the truest sense of the word - though I'm
not all that crazy about moderates either.

I'm sure you have been feeling no different than me. As the primaries
started, I began lamenting the fact that conservatives had no clear
candidate to choose from. As McCain started winning it became a simple fact
that we would have a liberal in the White House.

Now, the best we can hope for is a liberal since the worst would be a
socialist.
