[StBernard] St. Bernard's Lot Next Program waits approval from LRA

Hope the "Lot Next Door Program doesn't have to wait as long as I have for
the Hazard Mitigation Grant or the Elevation Grant.  

I sent in all my paperwork well before the deadline and as of today STILL
have not heard one peep!!  Every time I call, I get told "we didn't realize
the high demand for this and it will probably be another month".  That's now
been SEVERAL months!!  

I WANT to rebuild, but to get funds that I rightfully entitled to, I have to
play their waiting game.  I just wonder, how many others are in the same
boat???  I can't even drive a piling in the ground or I won't qualify!  

Craig, how can our Parish rebound from one of the worst natural disasters in
the US when we have to play their waiting game???
