[StBernard] St. Claude Bridge Closure

The St. Claude Bridge's eastbound lanes will be closed to vehicular traffic
from 9am til 3pm on Thursday, October 30th in order for repairs to the
overhead machinery handrails to be completed before the IHNC lock reopens on
Friday. LADOTD has not scheduled any maintenance work on the Judge Seeber
(Claiborne Avenue bridge) during this lane closure. The Florida Avenue
Bridge remains closed to vehicular traffic due to Hurricand Gustav repairs.
