St. Bernard Parish Chamber holds 2nd Annual Shop St. Bernard! 

St. Bernard Parish President Craig Taffaro thanks businesses 

 

The St. Bernard Chamber of Commerce celebrated its 2nd Annual "Shop St.
Bernard" for early Christmas shopping in St. Bernard Parish Wednesday,
November 19th  from 3 to 7 p.m.  Participating Chamber Businesses are:

 

All About Me, 1201 E. Judge Perez Drive, Chalmette 

Balli Gallery, 1201 E. Judge Perez Drive, Chalmette

Sun Bum Tanning, 1201 E. Judge Perez Drive, Chalmette

Hook & Line, 613 W. Judge Perez Drive, Chalmette 

Olive Branch Emporium, 600 E. Judge Perez Drive, Chalmette

Ponstein's Food Store, 3523 Paris Road, Chalmette

 

In addition to staying open late and offering special bargains, each
business provided refreshments for shoppers.   A wine tasting was held at
Ponstein's.

 

A "Shop St. Bernard" card was provided to shoppers and stamped at each
location during their visit. Shoppers were invited back to Olive Branch
Emporium at 7 p.m. to enter their fully stamped "Shop St. Bernard" card into
drawings for fabulous prizes donated by each participating Chamber business.


 

The Gulf Coast Bank Trolley again was available to drive shoppers from
location to location if they chose to do so.

 

The "Shop St. Bernard" offered a great opportunity to support our local
businesses, shop early for Christmas, enjoy great sales and visit with
friends.
