	removal of fish passage barriers is one that caught my
	eye. Exactly what is a fish passage barrier
	



They are special ladders for fish to bypass dams. Wthout them the salmon
industry dies,because the salmon can't get to their spawing grounds without
the ladders. The Indians, the wild life people, the tourist industry and the
fishing industry should be screaming at the top of their lungs about thiis.
