when it's more important to keep shouting to float riders to throw more
beads than to help someone who got shot less than 10 feet away and still
lying in the street.  What are people in this country coming to? --John"

I've got to agree, John. I'm an old fogies when it comes to today's Mardi
Gras compared to the "Carnival" (as what it was called in my youth. Today,
people can't be unified in how they call Fat Tuesday any more than they can
pronounce the Words: New Orleans. Today I heard Fat Tuesday "illiterates"
call it "Moddie Graws" or Marti Graws, Marti Graw, Mardi Graas, etc. New
Orleans as we know is also well known as N'awlins, New Oilyuns, New Or-Lee
Anns, New OrleiARONS, and the list goes on (including my coined term -
"Cesspool of the New Millennium" -- and God knows I'm not referring to it as
Katrina Destroyed as much as I'm saying much of the area decadent.

New Orleans has changed (or should I say O'BamaDays and his "Change--you can
believe in" also since I last lived there). It was cleaner, healthier, care
free, harmonious, nice to visit, great entertainment (like Ponchartrain
Beach, Audubon Park, etc..BUT, barring Bourbon, etc.), a good place to work)
with beautiful trees, gorgeous homes and architecture. 

Gone. (even though there's a smaller section dedicated along St. Charles
Ave. etc.

It's amazing people just think guns will be the only weapon of choice to
kill people you don't like. They still knife, beat to hell, poison, and
choke. In the future, we'll have to add WMD or mass murdering with chemical,
bacterial, and dirty bombs (nuclear--as thugs always used firebombs and
explosives).

The only thing worse than seeing 6 people hurt with shooting in the N'awlins
area is what is yet to come. It's the perfect environment for dispersal of
germ warfare unleashed by domestic or foreign terrorists. 

There's a new face on who will destroy people in quantities. Gangs are
become more common with illegal aliens, the borders are breached with
foreign terrorists walking across, and allowing MORE people into American
--even legally. 

It's not the same America when there was 50 million. There was plenty of
room throughout America and if it were my call, I'd stop all immigration.
Our world is more dangerous than ever before.

"What are the people in this country coming to?"

I'd say even more about this question: What have the idiots- in this country
already done to America? 

--and what measures shall we implement to get past the liberals immigrant
mentality so that we rip out that part of America's fabric what the
dirt-bags have stained with OUR blood, OUR Way of Life, OUR future, OUR
country.
