"AG rules against Cao recall, ministers to file suit
Greg LaRose Managing Editor - March 4, 2009 10:53 AM

Undeterred by Attorney General Buddy Caldwell's ruling that a congressman
cannot be recalled by petition, a group of ministers who want to remove Rep.
Ahn "Joseph" Cao from office are taking their case to court. - City
Business"''

Jer Responds:

Yes, I am aware of the AG's ruling. However, the plea and disturbance that
these ministers are causing go far beyond the "chilling effect" produced by
the instigation. This country needs to address the issue that if Liberals
wish separation of church and state (and yes, conservatives for the most
part have no problem with separation if it's not prayer in schools<G>).

Ministers using its power, resources and approval of a congregation for
political means should lose its "tax-exemption" as all non-profits are
prohibited from lobbying in a political sense and thus unlawful.

Somehow, Liberals don't see this as "involvement" in the political sense.
However, the law is clear. It's a sort of "domestic Laissez faire" or
"hands-off" policy whereas it's a no-go disallowance to lobbying while in a
non-profit organization.
