Good. God knows the canals need processing.

Before the storm, every time you looked in a canal there were more trash,
shopping carts, tree branches, dead animals and the list goes on.

Now that assistance is planned, perhaps people will learn to respect their
environment more. That depends on the class of citizen that is located in
that neighborhood. Wal-Mart probably lost more carts to the "ditch" than
were worn down in usage ;)
