Oh sure, everybody knows how to operate a huge, commercial waste truck,
including my 88 year old neighbor Mrs. McGillacutty, she's a little ol'lady
who moved here a few years ago from Pasadena.

The point was sarcasm to what sounded like a lame explanation.
