[StBernard] Easter Egg Hunt April 5 at Torres Park

The St. Bernard Parish President and First Lady Easter Egg Hunt will be Palm
Sunday, April 5, at 1:30 p.m. at Torres Park.

 

Candy-filled plastic Easter eggs will be hidden in Torres Park behind the
government complex at 8201 W. Judge Perez Drive in Chalmette. There also
will be face painting and a craft in addition to the egg hunt. 

 

Parish President Craig Taffaro and his wife Debbie, who have eight children,
will sponsor the event for children ages 0 to 9. There will be separate
hunts for children ages 0 to 4 and for those who are 5 to 9.

 

At the end of the event, there will be a drawing for some door prizes, and
one girl and one boy each will be awarded an Easter basket filled with
goodies.
