Thanks Brother John.  So they are wanting to give themselves permission to
raise taxes or millages w/out going to the voters for it correct?  And they
can only go to the max already established?  How nice for them!

	As a rule of thumb, voters should never consider the passage of any
law,
	ordinance, etc. where they relinquish the requirement of a vote of
the
	people to raise or increase any kind of tax or fee.
	
	Everyone should make an effort to be in attendance for this meeting.
