Meeting is Free and Open to the Public 

Guest Speaker Col. David Dysart, Office of Homeland Security and
Emerg. Prep for St. Bernard Parish. Last year his talk was very helpful
since Gustav and Ike came in the following weeks. It's time to get
an update on storm preparations, evacuations, returns, etc. Col Dysart will
take questions from the audience.
