[StBernard] Jarvis DeBerry: Thinly veiled racism in St. BernardParish blocks fair housing

That's strange, in all the accusations made by the judge about St. Bernard
Parish government officials supposedly "camouflaging racial expressions," I
couldn't help but notice all the comments were made by private citizens -
not officials with the parish.

Last time I checked the good ol' First Amendment allows private citizens
(non-government officials) to speak their mind - even if someone else
interprets it to be racial.

I think Judge Berrigan owes an apology to parish government officials unless
there is proof such a comment was made by one.
