[StBernard] Smart Code - Consultant's plan After Katrina

What ever happened to the data that was provided by a consultant hired by
the Parish to   after the storm?  There were numerous meetings with the
public to inquire  public oppinion with a formal plan  presented to the
parish council including recommendations for  zoning, green space etc.
 
 I'm sure this plan didn't call for the extensive rentals that are now being
shoved down our throats.
