[StBernard] Traffic notice - Judge Seeber bridge 09/29/09

For safety concerns over the nighttime transit of the U.S.C.E.'S Lock
structure, the D.O.T.D. and P.O.N.O. will be allowing the passage off a deep
draft vessel this afternoon (9/29/09) during curfew hours. Please expect
delays.



Bridges affected:  Florida, Claiborne and St Claude bridges
