Please be advised that beginnng about 4pm today and starting at the Florida
Avenue Bridge, a deep draft vessel will be leaving the IHNCl and heading to
the river. Expect Florida Bridge to be raised around 4:30 pm, Claiborne to
be raised about 5 pm, and St. Claude to be raised 5:45 pm.
