St. Bernard Parish holds Football Homecoming Parade Saturday, Oct. 17

Parade will start Paul and East Judge Perez Drives and precede games

 

St. Bernard Parish President Craig P. Taffaro, Jr. announces that the St.
Bernard Parish Recreation Department will hold its annual Football
Homecoming Parade on Saturday, Oct. 17. 

 

It will begin at 8:30 a.m. at the corner of Paul Drive and East Judge Perez
Drive in Meraux. The parade will travel west on East Judge Perez Drive and
make a u-turn at Munster Boulevard. It will then travel east on East Judge
Perez Drive and turn right on Archbishop Hannan Boulevard. It will continue
to travel south on Archbishop Hannan Boulevard and turn left into the Hannan
Complex.

 

The parade will include the St. Bernard Buccaneer Cheerleaders, 18 football
teams, St. Bernard Sheriff's Department, St. Bernard Fire Department, St.
Bernard Office of Emergency Preparedness Command Center, and more. The
homecoming football games will kick-off at 10 a.m.
