St Bernard Parish Library Board - State of Louisiana Attorney General
Opinion 08 0057 OCT 15 2009. 
 
We conclude that the subject tax proceeds may not be used for permanently
maintaining office space for the St Bernard Parish Department Public Works.
Alternatively, if the Parish intends to continue using this library property
of for the Department of Public Works, the Parish must request that the
voters rededicate the proceeds of the tax so as to include the Parish's
current intended use.....
