Fuel Middle School Game Night for 6th to 8th graders on Saturday, November
14 from 6:30 to 9 p.m. at Trist

St. Bernard Parish will hold its next Middle School Game Night for 6th to
8th graders on Saturday, November 14 from 6:30 to 9 p.m. at Trist Middle
School. In January, Fuel, the youth program created by St. Bernard Parish
President Craig P. Taffaro, brought 'Game Nights' as monthly events for
middle school students across St. Bernard Parish.

For these events, students come together for a night of open gym and large
group games. The night begins with open gym time where students can play
basketball, football, volleyball, or hang out with friends. Students then
are broken up into teams where they compete during different games
throughout the night for games such as Dodgeball, Bump, and Elbow Tag.

November will bring Glow in the Dark Dodgeball, Basketball and Ultimate
Frisbee.

Game Nights are for any student in St. Bernard Parish currently in grades
sixth through eighth and are held at N.P. Trist Middle School in the
gymnasium. Game Nights are free and concessions are provided by the Parent
Teacher Organization of N.P. Trist Middle School.

In order to enter, each NEW student must submit a signed waiver form by
their legal parent/guardian. Waivers can be found online at www.sbpg.net
<http://www.sbpg.net/> under the Recreation Department, or at the
registration table. Waivers are valid for one year from date signed.
Students will not be admitted entrance without a waiver.

All events will have adult supervision. If you would like to volunteer to
help at any events or have any questions, please call Abbey Flaherty, SBPG
Youth Coordinator with any questions 224-1653.
