[StBernard] St. Bernard to reduce spending on sanitation, fire protection, roads

I don't know Dan Robin personally, but I am familiar with his family and
they've been a fixture and part of the Islenos for life (ancestry 250 yrs
where land is now water), I believe. 

Some were fisherman, one committed suicide by hanging 3 months after
Katrina. (cause?).

Can't say if anyone qualifies, but the Robin Family seems to be a part of
st. Bernard Parish living there and beyond.
