[StBernard] St. Bernard recovery issues

The hospital should have one of the first things done.  But St. Bernard
has too many political problems to move forward.  Let Wayne Landry
handle it and everyone else get out of his way.  And why build it close
to the 9th ward?  It should be built at the site of the old
Save-A-Center.  Get rid of the crooked politics and work together as
Americans should.  Also the population I am tired of hearing about it.
What percentage are original residents?  Probably not even half
