[StBernard] St. Bernard Parish hospital site decision being weighed

Landry seems to be an idiot.  It looks like the archdiocese wants a hand out
(an "adoration chapel" for Prompt Succor-what's that got to do with the
former P.O.P. site?) for the site.
Secondly it looks like the parish will be out the money for having a study
done of this site.  

It's already a bad deal since he chose the Franciscans to manage it and they
apparently are going to be dropped by Blue Cross as a preferred provider.
And further, is there
enough space there at the P.O.P site to build an adjacent medical office
bldg.?  I have no idea how big that site is.
