It depends on whether you view health care as a privilege or a right. Some
people (liberals) view it as a right, which is why you see aid organizations
opening hospitals in disaster areas. Other people (conservatives) view it as
a privilege that people should pay for. If there was a profit to be made by
opening a hospital in St. Bernard, there would already be one. Until there
is a profit to be made, there won't be one. It's pretty simple.
