Claiborne Bridge to be closed in both directions weekdays 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Excluding weekends and holiday, bridge will closed through Monday, March 15

 

Both directions of the Judge Seeber Bridge at Claiborne Avenue in New
Orleans will be closed weekdays, excluding weekends and holidays, from 9
a.m. to 3 p.m. through Monday, March 15, according to the latest release
from the state Department of Transportation and Development. The bridge is
being closed to allow for bridge rehabilitation contract work. 

 

An alternate route is the bridge at St. Claude Avenue.

through the construction/maintenance site and be on the lookout for work
crews and their equipment.
