What little respect I may have had for Jindal has gone.

Instead of cutting education for the umpteenth time (and also health care)
why oh why hasn't the "genius" called for a constitutional amendment to
change the constitution so that when cuts have to be made to the state
budget they can be made across the board or thru more departments?
Continually cutting education is only hurting the state.
