Mutt and Jeff sticking their noses into things again.  

I don't disagree with the idea of having some council oversight or review of
these things, but not with these two.  They got their hands on the Hospital
District and I don't see a lot moving forward any faster with them in
charge.  And with Landry being the mouthpiece and Cavignac as his backup
it's so obvious what they are jockeying to do.  Perhaps the Council can
create an oversight committee (and not with **both** of them on it) for
construction or capital spending items/projects.
