	 What would be interesting to know is what charitable cause would
allow for the Foundation to contribute to a carnival organization, Knights
of Nemesis.  Even though they are probably a 501C non-profit, and the
donation could have been for one of their charity fund raisers, the funds
should have been given directly to the charity. It would be nice to see the
explanation of such a donation. Just to keep things on an up and up basis.
