ATTENTION ALL COMMERCIAL FISHERMEN


MANDATORY MEETING FRIDAY AT 8:30 A.M. FOR THOSE WHO HAVE WORKED IN ST.
BERNARD


There will be a mandatory meeting on Friday, May 14 at 8:30 a.m. at the
Frederick J. Sigur Civic Center Grand Ballroom for anyone who has worked
with the St. Bernard Vessels of Opportunity program on any team as a captain
of a large vessel or small boat and  anyone who has worked as a deckhand for
a captain.  Failure to attend will be cause for your name to be removed from
the rotation list for work. The Grand Ballroom is located at 3220 Jean
Lafitte Parkway in Chalmette.


Anyone who has not worked with the St. Bernard Vessels of Opportunity
Program to date should not try to attend the meeting because they will not
be allowed to enter the building. 


 

Additionally, the Oil Spill Response training for St. Bernard Parish
residents on Friday at 7:30 a.m. at the Grand Ballroom has been cancelled.
