Notice to all boaters, sport and commercial fisherman

Boaters need to be aware of boom in water in areas you normally transit. Do
not move or alter boom locations. Running over boom can damage vessels and
create a safety hazard, as well as compromise oil response operations.
Please do not sabotage oil response efforts by moving or damaging boom.
