"...Congresswoman Waters, chairwoman of the Subcommittee on Housing and
Community Opportunity, drafted the FHA Reform Act in response to news that
FHA's reserves had fallen below the two percent level required in law."

Those two words were the only ones needed to be said..."Congresswoman
(Maxine) Waters" - a self admitted socialist/communist and a racist.  You
can bet this bill does nothing but drive up the tax debt to us all.  As an
appraiser who is very knowledgeable to what is going on with FHA, I did not
support its passing.
