According to the Sheriff's dept. there has been 8 or so burlgaries in the
area.

My neighbor Cindy, and her daughter's family living on the corner of Ventura
and Ohio were robbed this past weekend while they were gone for a few days. 
 
We think it was done Sunday. We were home but didn't see anything out of the
ordinary.  They found out somehow that no one was home, broke in the rear
door, took the door frame out.
 
They left the guns, but took all the lab tops, 42 in plasma TV. electronics
and all the jewelry and a briefcase with papers. It appears that they backed
up in the carport and loaded their truck there.
