I would think that you should know you have to cut your grass more than once
every  2 months. If the parish cut their grass in April, how long has it
been since they cut it themselves ? How did they think it was getting cut ?

If you are relying on checking the Grass Violation section of the parish
website to see if your grass requires attention, forget it.
 
A friend of mine just received a $295. grass cutting bill from the parish
for their lot.
 
After getting the details from Ms. Lopez, they were told that the grass was
cut by the parish in April and June.  When the property owner asked Ms.
Lopez why the address was not displayed on the website she had no answer.
