[StBernard] Port Traffic Update- St. Claude Bridge Repairs

The St. Claude Avenue Bridge over the Inner Harbor Navigational Canal is
currently operating on a limited basis due to a control system malfunction.
The bridge will continue to open for passage of marine vessels but openings
will be limited to one per hour.  If this causes excessive delays at the
IH-NC Lock the schedule will be adjusted accordingly.  The bridge will
continue to operate normally for vehicular traffic but one westbound lane
and one eastbound lane of the roadway will be closed for one hour sometime
between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM on Friday, October 1, 2010, to facilitate the
repair work.  It is anticipated that the repair work will be completed and
the bridge will return to normal operation late Friday, October 1, 2010.

These restrictions do NOT apply to marine traffic on the Mississippi River.
