I was speaking of Jackson, Miss. the city. The city of Biloxi is in Harrison
County not Jackson County. The city of Gulfport is also in Harrison County.
Pascagoula is in Jackson County. They are different than the parish
governments. They have county governments and city governments. And they are
just as crooked as the best of them.

the city
	of Bilioxi who sound very much like St. Bernard, they even call them
the
	good old boys.
