Once again...who would you tax to make it "fair"?

	Once again tax the workers.  This is such an unfair tax.  I don't
feel like
	it was thought out at all.  It is discriminating to just target
homeowners.
	I am for the hospital but not at the expense of only one group of
people.

	       Why should just property owners pay this tax ? It should be a
tax
	everyone
	       who lives in the parish pays since everyone will have the
	opportunity to use
	       the hospital.  Add it to water bills since rentals have to
pay water
	bills,
	       too.
