[StBernard] Pedestrian killed Thursday evening in Chalmette identified

This is a real tragedy for both the deceased and the driver.  At different
times, I too have seen handicapped residents traveling along either highway.
With the lack of lighting and sidewalks, these are dangerous routes for any
pedestrians.  Crossing either highway is even more dangerous.  There was
another pedestrian fatality on Judge Perez around Campagna not too long ago.
