USES had some of the FEMA contracts for demo.   USES has an office in
Meraux.

My house was demolished by FEMA; I don't know who actually did the work,
though. A company called Demo Diva pulled up the slab. You can Google the
name for their website. They did the paperwork for ICC funds so it was
fairly painless from my end.
