TO KICK OFF A CURB APPEAL INITIATIVE

COUPLED WITH AN ADMINISTRATIVE CODE ENFORCEMENT CAMPAIGN

WHAT: After months of planning, St. Bernard Parish President Craig Taffaro,
Parks and Parkways Commission Chairman Howard Luna and St. Bernard Community
Foundation Director of Neighborhood Initiatives Polly Campbell are
implementing a renewed quality of life campaign with a focus on code
enforcement of signage, landscaping, and dumpster placement, coupled with
the community support of business leaders and civic groups assisting in
self-policing these quality of life standards. The press conference will be
held at the Gulf Coast Bank and Trust, which is a facility that meets the
local landscaping and signage codes.
