It is further suggested that a request be made to the Louisiana Disaster
Recovery Unit to access additional CDBG funding in order to purchase the
financial interests of Provident Realty and to further redesign the housing
units and establish a metered plan of implementation to match that of a
specific and objective data supported need.

So Craig wants the parish to try to get add'l CDBG funds to buy out
Provident to see if they'll go away?

That would be nice except the galling part is:
Provident makes out with $$$s
The M.F. gets to keep the $$$s they made from Provident
The Torres/Randazzos get to keep what they got from Provident.

I hate to see the MF and the others get rewarded for being
traitors to the parish.
