So, I get the impression that they think only "people of color" are low
income. And I don't care if they do call it mixed income,  if you make a
decent salary, you aren't going to want to live in these projects. 
 
I really don't care if they pull the hospital money.  I didn't go to the
hospital down here before Katrina & I probably won't go now. For the first
time since moving back, I am really considering moving out of the parish.
