"Now, now SJK...let's be politically correct. They are supposed to be
"mixed-income" apartments (not homes). The only hospital employees I can
imagine living there who are not *low-income* are possibly some nurses who
work the 4/10 shifts and maybe pool together to rent a place. I simply
cannot imagine full-income (whatever that is) people wanting to live with
others who are getting federal subsidies to live in the same facility. I
think if I were a renter wanting to live in an apt complex I'd want to live
someplace, like perhaps the Northshore, Mandeville or someplace like that.

Regarding: James (AKA, Your Majesty) Perry:

A few things worth mentioning to this socialist Ba$****:

All downtown and approximate jobs will be walking distance from the group of
buildings. If there isn't a car owned, then the paths can be walked along
the highways and streets (good "country living").

Eighty percent of all jobs in the downtown area are jobs for low-income
(below $20 hr). Less jobs will be available to those who are already
stressed to find a job in da parish (low income majorities, school youths,
etc.).

The new theatre (as in the Village Sq. era) will be overrun, possibly with
"patrons" who have weapons in the parking lot and inside theatre.

The hospital and doctors offices will now include many who will be able to
pay for other than a charitable hospital (after all drugs and crime will
lucrative businesses) to be able to afford even high rent and medical care.

Functions around the complex and downtown will include "New Orleans" crowds
(those from the SlumApts and their friends from the inner city).

Mr Perry could be included in the activities to "make certain" the tenants
aren't discriminated against ( AKA "blamed for killing others who are not
minorities!"). He is a walking advertisement using the press to incite a
riot from both sides to his advantage. In fact, the more the struggle, the
greater height of the statue that he envisions will be dedicated to him
someday as you cross over the Judge William Seeber Bridge at some point in
time. (which at that point will be renamed the "James Perry Memorial Action
Bridge".)

>From his own mouth, his "action" is to get more housing developed into

annexing St. Bernard that can be a "landing place" for the minorities to
come back to the New Orleans area from Texas, Mississippi and other areas
outside the area to increase the numbers for tourism, shopping, voting and
representation in governments.

Should any leave St. Bernard as time evolves and more housing/rentals become
available, it's a stepping stone away to increase New Orleans demographics.
Therefore, this once "losing mayoral candidate" will be popular enough (vis'
a vis' popularity in deeds) to someday take the run again in his race to
fame and fortune.

His disdain for the majority will only empower himself to become the next
"Most Holy, Minister Farrakhan".

Folks, given the wall's handwriting, this socialist, Perry is looking for
heights beyond giving relief to the poor (who ironically are greater in
numbers by our "Caucasian brothers and sisters", nationwide.

JY, while the north shore is preferable to majorities, retiring, the south
shore is more desirable to the New Orleans crowd, and those who want to
return from outside the area. (ex. The music, the parades, the activities,
the history, the family, the weather, the proximity to more socialists,
etc.).
