"Has anyone ever talked to the people who are scheduled to live in these
complexes? These people should be up in arms that the government is trying
to relocate them to a parish where there are two refineries and a very good
chance that they could lose everything they have from another
hurricane/flood. Shouldn't these people be demanding that the government
locate them to a better parish? Why isn't Jessie Jackson and crew fighting
for their rights to be located to another parish? " --Just Wondering.

Jerry Responds:

"Just Wondering" ..

Let's surmise that those who lived in the upper ninth ward, the New Orleans
East area, Gentilly, and anywhere else, but perhaps the upper Garden
district (above St. Charles Ave. and north of Robert E. Lee (WestEnd, Lake
Vista), plus returnees from Houston and other minorities. That way, it'll be
a stepping stone for those who have left town to come on back to New Orleans
and then perhaps either stay in St. Bernard OR entice them to move closer
inward (lower ninth ward as it's rebuilt) or into the New Orleans area.
Also, the voting strength (Mary Landrieu) will be recovered and a better
chance for more reps as district lines are redrawn in 2020. That way, the
Chocolate City dream (also known to former mayor of Nawlin's as "America's
Dream" perhaps) can again be realized. And in St. Bernard, it is Perry's
dream (and all that support him) to supplant the majority in St. Bernard (by
those leaving) by planning to fill in the vacancies with those who support
him ( NAACP, HOFHA, HUD and other agencies attempting/planning to bring New
Orleans to St. Bernard). Believe this, it's no accident that the minorities,
by design, has as its mission, a well-thought out plan to bring minorities
to the ends of the earth and gain superlative numbers of majorities
elsewhere or tip the balance of the numbers within 20 years to where
America's demographics will be altered by minority numbers overriding the
majority. It's by design, and it's quite obvious. (Hispanics and their
illegals getting "rights" reserved for Americans, as well as the numbers of
illegitimates, populations this century of Asians, Hispanics and Afrikaans.

There's no surveys, but I'll guarantee the advertisements and real-estate
"beacons of light" will be geared both around areas of Nawlins and St.
Bernard and wherever as "lighthouses" to steer these "ship of fools" into
the area. Remember, it's not a crime to allow perfectly honest and
hard-working minorities to the area. It's how it is done and will be done to
shift populations as quotas to further exacerbate an already tough exercise
to bring St. Bernard and New Orleans back.

It'll start with 4 complexes, then go into neighborhoods *HUD* and offer
those $5 homes as "first-time buyers". The neighborhoods will have lots of
signs. The more signs, the more HUD and it progresses. And the more lose
jobs or have to move, the area decays. It happened bigtime in a big city
(New Orleans) in the 60's onward as a wave of renters came from out of town
into the city. White flight, it was called, (not because of a neighbor
being a minority, but as the balance tipped tremendously and crime increased
proportionally as a result, more and more shifted to Jefferson and St.
Bernard.

Now that same trend is returning, but this time, it's the minorities that
will be following suit of the majority of the cities.

Choices, choices, choices.
