And, another profound quote here: "Build Apartments, and THEY will come"  (

Hopefully, St. Bernard will not only "have none of this nonsense", but have
the ballocks to demonstrate orderly and enthusiastically to show disapproval
of "forced entry" of low-income apartments and slum-tenements into a
community who wish it otherwise. Let the people decide.

Contrary to what some on this forum might want people to believe, the N.O.W.
team is making tremendous progress in their efforts to expose all the
disgusting injustices that have been being imposed upon all citizens of St.
Bernard for a very long time where these apartments are concerned, and we
will continue to do so. The N.O.W. team will not be intimidated by anything
or anyone, so all those naysayers (a/k/a all those "privileged" who stand to
benefit from the $61 million dollars in taxpayer money by the State of
Louisiana), don't count your money too soon, as this deal is far from being
