all - we have not given up the fight.

---------- Forwarded message ----------
Tim,

Craig called me on Friday, after he testified at the hearing, and told me
that he thought Judge B would probably wind up issuing the permits herself.
So, I guess we'll wait to see how this turns out. You are correct, though,
that something will need to be done soon because they are at a point where
they need their utilities to continue with construction. It seems as though
they have slowed up with working on the site next to us, and I'm sure it's
because of the utilities and many other factors.

I have requested, from the state, copies of all four appraisals of the
property that was purchased from the Meraux Foundation and the
Torres/Randazzo families. I have filed a complaint with the state over this
property being purchased for MORE THAN DOUBLE ITS VALUE, with taxpayer
money, and this matter will be pursued to the bitter end, along with
everything else we contend is wrong with this whole deal.

We are still fighting this thing. I don't know how far we are going to get
with the current lawsuit and claims that we have pending, but we are
prepared to file another lawsuit soon (and it will probably be a
class-action) against the state, and all others involved. So, even if Judge
B issues the permits or does something else to allow Provident to keep
moving forward, this thing is far from over.

We'll see you at the council meeting.

Take care,

Dana Arcement

Hi Ladies

I got an email from craig and he said he (and this is in my words, but how
I understand what he said.) told the federal judge he would not issue
permits and water as well as electric can not be turned on. He feels things
do not look good and that they will appoint a master to over see the
projects. One way are another he is hopping for an answear soon. Looks like
he is hoping for one before the council meeting. So you may expect some
thing out of the blue at the council meeting Tuesday.
I will be praying very hard on this matter untill then. Sounds like this
could be a make it are break it very soon for us. I do not think we should
ever give up the fight but sounds like its going to really hit the fan
soon!!!
